Product Description

PPA is also known as Polymer Processing Aid. Main components are Fluoroelastomer and interface treatment agent.

Features:

Compared with commonly used similar aids, this product has a lower content of ether polymers. As a result, the odor is not strong; the screw slippage due to higher content of ether polymers decreases when extruding it and the oxidation of materials is also reduced. The raw materials of the product are non-toxic, and remain stable under processing temperature and will not decompose and produce toxic substances.
 

Application:

This product is mainly applied to the processing of polyolefin (PE and PP) and other high polymer materials, especially the manufacture of blown film, cast film, extrusion tube, wire & cable and other materials, to prevent or reduce melt fracture and improve product quality. It can rapidly eliminate melt fracture in film manufacture to make film smooth and clear with high gloss. In addition, it requires a smaller die orifice clearance in manufacture of blown film, reducing the gathering of material at die orifice during extrusion for processing, and improving the ability of processing.

Packed with double polyethylene plastic bags, and then with hard paper bags coated with plastic moisture-proof material inside.
